Nimbus is offering a number of PhD research projects through the RISAM programme http://www.cit.ie/contentfiles/Risaim/Book-of-Sample-Projects-Risam-2014_March%2020th.pdf in topics including smart cities, smart environments, embedded systems reliability, wireless sensor networks, location and tracking, sensor fusion, assisted living, and signal processing (see pages 106 – 120 and 157-162 of the Book of Sample Projects).

If your application is accepted, you will then be supported through the RISAM application process.
