Trevor brought his vision of a smart audio player to Cork Institute of Technology’s Nimbus Centre, where a team of engineers and researchers provided the technical expertise to bring this vision to life.

“As a start-up, Nimbus proved to be an invaluable resource as the team advised on available funding mechanisms and facilitated trials to ensure the technology was user-friendly,” says Trevor. “The result is the product we have today which has gone from strength to strength. Here, we have an audio guide that automatically and seamlessly plays audio when visitors reach a certain point in a tour. Nimbus delivered the technology to make me realize this vision.”

Cork City & Blarney Castle Tour

The launch of In Hand Guides Blarney tour coincides with a new Cork City & Blarney Tour provided by Cronin’s Coach Company.
