Nimbus researchers Samira Roshany Yamchi, Juan Manuel Escano and Niel Canty recently won the Best Paper Award at the 26th annual Irish Signals and Systems Conference. Avi Anthony Cornelio was also a contributing author.

The winning paper was titled “Game Theory-Based Distributed Predictive Control: Application to Shell Oil Fractionator”. Dorel Picovicci (Conference Chair) and David Denieffe (Registrar IT Carlow) presented the award.
