TIP Tap Tap showcased their latest smart desk prototype at the Bett Show London, January 25th – 28th.
Tip Tap Tap provides early years educators with interactive school desks combined with a cloud-based Learning Content Management System (LCMS). Regular wooden school desks are embedded with touch sensing technology, which allows the school desk to act as an interface to the existing ICT infrastructure within the classroom i.e. (Whiteboard, PC, Tablet, Projector or TV). The desk behaves as a multi-touch, multi-user interface allowing all students to interact simultaneously. The desk supports rich forms of interaction such as touch, gestures and tracing, as well as being able to detect interaction through printed materials.
While exhibiting their latest product prototype at Bett, TIP Tap Tap received hugely positive feedback from educators and technologists alike. Bett is the world’s leading education technology event that showcases the use of information technology in education, see www.bettshow.com.
